Robyn F. Ezzell, MA, LPA

Psychologist

and

Certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapist

I have been working with individuals and families for the last 20 years.  I have experience dealing with a variety of problems and using a vast array of treatment methods.

I am licensed by the state of North Carolina as a psychological associate.

I also pride myself on being a wife and mother of 3, and so I understand the importance of strengthening relationships to support growth.

Mia McMillan, MS LCMCH

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

I obtained my master’s degree in counseling at Radford University in 2014 and have

been working in the mental health field ever since. I have experience

working with children and their families as well as adults.

There is not one single therapeutic approach that best suits every person, so I utilize an eclectic approach to find what best works with you and your family. Some of the techniques

I use are CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy),

solution focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

I have called North Carolina home since 2018, and I live here with my husband and our 2 children.

Kelsey Socko, MA, NCC, LCMHC-A

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor- Associate

I graduated with honors from Wake Forest University in August 2022 with my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have known that I wanted to be a therapist since the age of 12 and I am so happy that I am at my dream job.

I believe that there is not a one size fits all when it comes to therapy. I focus on the individual's needs and learning styles while using different methods such as CBT, person centered theory, motivational interviewing, play therapy and trauma focused therapy.
